Paying Rent
Please follow the instructions on your lease addendum #19 on how to make checks payable and mail all rent checks
to: Gottschalk Management, 1945 Camelot Rd., Ann Arbor, MI 48104
Parking & Towing
Parking is by permit only for buildings with parking, and the towing company is
Sakstrup's (971-7421). Cars without visible permits will be towed (i.e. not on
the floor of the car or in the tenant's purse, but hanging from the rear-view mirror.)
Lock Out
If you are locked out, there is a $25 charge for someone to come out after-hours.
Emergency Maintenance
Emergency maintenance (fire, flood, sewage backup, no heat),
call the Gottschalk Management phone number and the answering service will
page a maintenance person to come out. If they are dispatched for
non-emergency calls like clogged toilets, etc., the tenant will be charged $75.
Utilities
Utilities, especially electricity, must be in the tenant's name.
